Uploads a file as an attachment

DESCRIPTION
Uploads a file as an attachment
EXAMPLES
EXAMPLE 1
New-DokuAttachment -FullName 'ns:file.jpg' -FilePath 'C:\file.jpg'
Upload the file located at C:\filejpg to the namespace called 'ns'. Will not overwrite an existing file
EXAMPLE 2
New-DokuAttachment -FullName 'ns:file.jpg' -FilePath 'C:\file.jpg' -Force
Upload the file located at C:\filejpg to the namespace called 'ns', overwriting any existing file with the same name (in that namespace)
